Brewing method
1. The water temperature is 75~85ºC. If the water temperature is too high, the yellow leaf yellow soup will be cooked and dull. The water temperature is too low and the fragrance is low and the taste is weak.
2. The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. Too much water will make the soup taste weak. If you add too little water, the color and taste will be too strong. You can adjust the tea soup according to personal preference when drinking.
3. The brewing time is moderate, 1 to 1.5 minutes for the first tea, 2 to 3 minutes for the second tea, and 4 to 5 minutes for the third tea.
1. Warm cup Pour one-third of boiling water into a glass, turn it counterclockwise gently, and pour it out after the wall of the cup is evenly heated. |
2. Throw tea After warming the teacup, throw in the tea leaves. |
3. Water injection Put in 2~5 grams of tea according to the size of the glass, pour in boiling water, and cover the tea surface. |
4. Shake the incense Quickly rotate three times counterclockwise to fully infiltrate the tea leaves and overflow the fragrance. |
5. Refill water Pour boiling water along the wall of the cup. It is not advisable to roll the tea leaves to avoid affecting the color and taste of the soup. |
