Yulu is one of China retained steamed green tea which is not too much left. Its production process and tools are very ancient and very similar to "The Classic of Tea" contained of Lu Yu. Enshi Yulu is the Chinese and Southeast Asia's love, rated as one of the "China top ten famous tea".
The name "jade dew" refers to the pale green colour of the infusion. leaves are long and narrow, the cup is bold, strong, complex with an extremely powerful vegetal scent. The leaves are reminiscent of gyokuro or sencha leaves, but are clearly processed with skillful Chinese hands. A good green tea with sweetness and floral taste.
